All sales are subject to the following terms & conditions and may change without notice. By purchasing from OX, the Purchaser (hereinafter “you”) expressly agree to the terms and conditions as set forth below.

Order Confirmation 

An order is not accepted until you have received an email confirmation.

 

Estimated Lead Time

OX estimates 8 weeks of production lead time from the date of the email confirmation. Because this is an estimate, actual completion of the product may differ due to circumstances out of our control. In the event there is a delay, OX may extend the production lead time and will notify you of the updated estimated date of completion. You acknowledge that time shall not be of the essence.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. To avoid sizing issues, OX urges you to contact us before completing an order.

 

Goods

OX works tirelessly to ensure uniformity and consistency among product. Please note that each product is made-to-order and therefore, the weight and carats of each product can vary from the displayed information on the website’s product page as well as vary from product to product. OX does not give any guarantee or warranty of any kind, either express or implied, as to the accuracy of the goods received and to those displayed and described on the site. OX is further not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without first speaking directly with an OX representative or consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

 

Delivery

Notification containing your tracking number will be sent to your email address, so you can anticipate the products arrival. The estimated shipping time for delivery to U.S. addresses is two weeks while international shipping time varies. All OX packages require a signature upon delivery. All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. We are neither responsible for custom duties or taxes or the return of your purchase for non-compliance, and you as the Purchaser must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. 

 

Claims 

Risk of loss passes from OX to you as the purchaser at the time of shipment, and we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event of damage, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Damage to the packaging alone does not constitute damage to the product and will not be considered valid for claim purposes. Repairs or replacements of damaged product will be determined at OX’s sole discretion. Product and packaging must be retained. In the event your package is lost, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. 

 

NO WARRANTY

Any repairs will be subject to a service charge and OX’s sole discretion. OX does not cover defects and damage due to loss, theft, or fire or other causes beyond our control; defects and damage resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident; defects and damages caused by improper use, alterations tampering, dismantling or services and repairs by anyone else other than OX; defects and damages due to normal wear and tear; and routine maintenance and cleaning.

 

Cancellation 

OX reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for whatever reason, in which case all funds paid by you will be returned.

All OX products are patent protected under U.S. Patent No. 10,537,160 and U.S. Patent No. D926,617 with international patent rights pending. All other intellectual property, including trademarks, logo, and copyright, in connection with OX and/or this website’s content are owned by OX, and any misuse of OX’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
